TMG has been fortunate to have been recognized as a nationally leading firm for many years.

We have been evaluated by Moss Adams LLP, the 11th largest accounting and consulting firm in the United States in a national poll as one of the “best-managed firms” for the past five years, an accomplishment shared by less than 10 other firms nation-wide.

TMG has been repeatedly recognized by Wealth Manager, Worth, Medical Economics, Washingtonian and Ticker magazines over the past decade for our industry leading business and professionals.

TMG’s professionals have contributed more professional papers to the Journal of Financial Planning than any other wealth management firm in the past decade. Glenn Kautt, president of TMG has served on the Strategic Planning Advisory Board for the Journal as well.

Glenn Kautt is the only practicing financial planner to author a regular column for Financial Planning magazine, the industry’s leading professional publication. Glenn has also authored or co-authored three books.

Glenn Kautt served as the Financial Planning Association of the National Capital Area’s president and chairman, and as the national Financial Planning Association’s chairman of the Regional Leadership Conferences while a member of the Chapter Leadership Resource Committee. He currently serves as a trustee and Chair of the Investment Committee for the National Foundation for Financial Planning.

Cal Brown, TMG’s vice president of planning, serves as the Financial Planning Association of the National Capital Area’s current president.

TMG professionals have authored and continue to author informative white papers on a variety of important subjects for clients and other professionals.

TMG professionals are regularly quoted in leading publications such as USA Today, Medical Economics, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, various industry publications, and appear on radio, and national and local TV about investment, tax and financial planning matters.
